1962 Jaguar E Type Roadster (LHD) *UNDER OFFER*

A meticulously restored, stunning concours car - beautifully restored and ready to be enjoyed.

Built in early 1962 and first registered in Massachusetts February that year. The car is an original left hand drive car along with a matching numbers engine. This is confirmed by the Jaguar Heritage Certificate.

The car in 2015 was specially sourced for a Jaguar restorer in Germany (Faszination Jaguar) for a full meticulous nut & bolt restoration. Whilst being restored either new parts were used or upgraded new parts such as the 5 speed Tremac gearbox. The car has also benefits from an electronic ignition system, power steering and improved cooling to allow for easy driving in modern day traffic. This beautiful E-Type has been restored with usability in mind, to allow for comfortable long distance driving & regular use. A stunning compromise of practicality and originality.

Upgraded Parts include:
Overhauled Engine With Modern Seal

Tremac 5 Speed Gearbox

Coolcat Fan & Thermostat (improved cooling)
Contactless Ignition
Heat Resistant Brake Fluid Reservoir
Vredestein Sportrac 5 Tyres
MWS Spoked Wheels
Adjustable Seat Runner For Driver Seat

The car is as good now as the day it was restored in 2017 and certainly better than when it left the Jaguar factory, and has only covered a mere 300 miles since restoration.

The car was bought by the current owner at the Essen motor show in March 2017 as an addition to a large classic car collection. This E-Type would make a fabulous European grand tourer which is ready to be used and enjoyed.

If you are in the market for a perfectly restored, useable Jaguar E-Type Roadster but don't want to wait for a lengthy restoration build, then this is the car for you.
